I called immediately, and was told that the infestation that was under our house is no longer protected by warrant because we didn't replace a seal on our garage door which was told to us as a suggestion. Now, I need to start services all over again for a problem they never fully remedied- had they done so, we wouldn't be experiencing the same issues in the same area 60 days later.
