When I asked for sriracha sauce I got a red spicy liquids that smell and I can only assume tasted like an ashtray, the sour cream with more like sour milk (liquidy) and then as I tempted to pick up the quesadilla, it all fell apart as it was as limp as of what piece of paper, attempting to fold it back to gather on caused an obscure amount of liquid to come stripping out of each slice.... and the taste was no were near what I should of been.... like I said it was my first visit, but unfortunately it will most likely be my last so I won't be able to compare...

First thing I noticed is how much traffic this spot gets. A lot of locals and some visitors passing through for a bite and/or pit stop. I ordered the Animal Smash Burger without fries (because I hate fries lol) and it came out to $17 without a drink. The burger was huge, the patties totaled 8oz and there was plenty of sauce, cheese, and veggies packed between an ACE burger bun. I rate it a 7/10. It was super messy to eat (which isn't inherently a bad thing, just a little inconvenient because burgers are greasy and the closest place to wash your hands is inside the neighboring convenience store) and the patties were pretty thick for a smashburger. Flavors didn't blow my mind but still did a good job for the price. I got pretty full off just the burger alone. My overall personal opinion is that this is one of the best food/burger options around as the quality is definitely higher than Miracle Man's or big chain places like A&W etc. therefore people will naturally favor this spot because there aren't very many independent gourmet options within a 30min drive to compare. The location is super convenient as well since there's literally a gas station/rest stop/tobacco shop in the same lot, so if you need a clean bathroom after your meal it's easily accessible. I don't think I'd go out of my way and return for just their burgers, but once they reopen the barn and have a bigger menu with more indigenous items I'd like to give this place another try. Still really glad I experienced this place though. It's nice to get out of the city.

Worst food experience ever…read more I came into this Bar Burrito because i loved the quality and service at the location in Woodbridge. I happened to be in Burlington for work and so I decided to grab some lunch from Bar Burrito. I ordered the new spicy sausage beyond meat burrito bowl and to my surprise, I was severely disappointed. The chunks of "spicy sausage" were as hard as rocks. I had to pick each and every one of them out of my burrito bowl. Additionally, the lady serving me wasn't even paying attention while I was paying. I paid for my meal and stood there while she began cashing out the next customer (there was no line up, just me and another person). I stood there and asked her if my transaction was approved. She said yes, didn't provide me with a receipt or anything and continued speaking to the next customer. I was like... okay whatever and left. Didn't enjoy my experience - will not be going back to this burlington location.

The chicken chorizo chimichanga was very big, filled with cheese, with a crispy outside. The only downside to my visit was having to wait for the waiter to come to take our order. We were seated near the back, and we felt forgotten about. One of us had to walk to the front to kindly ask for someone to take our orders. However, the staff were very kind :)
