When I pointed out the mistake, the employee was rude and unwilling to correct the order, so I had to ask for a refund instead of having my food remade. The employee claimed that all phone orders are recorded. If that is the case, customers should be informed that calls are being recorded. The recording would also confirm that I ordered lonches and that my order was repeated back incorrectly. What upset me the most was the way both my son and I were treated. We were respectful throughout the entire interaction, but the employee spoke to us in a rude and unprofessional manner. This was my last visit to Alex Taqueria. I will be removing the TikTok recommendation I made and will no longer recommend or support the business. I hope Alex sees this review and addresses the customer service issues, because one negative employee can damage the reputation of an otherwise good business.
