These are similar but only use one tortilla which is filled and then folded in half and grilled. There's a whole list of ingredients or combinations of ingredients to choose from. The wife chose a Chicken Tinga and I chose one containing creamy cheese and roasted poblanos along with some corn. Both were very tasty. I watched as the cook prepared a fresh pressed tortilla, grilled it before filling it with our choices and then the final grilling. Everything was prepared and cooked to order. And you can't beat the price: $5! I gathered our quesadillas, a couple Diet Cokes and a couple bottles of what appeared to be home made salsas.
