The first enchilada I tried was the chicken and unfortunately the chicken is very very dry. It looks like there were chicken patties that had been grilled and overcooked. The beef fajita enchilada was also dry, but not as dry as the chicken, which was more like eating cardboard. I am so disappointed! I think the dryness came from the food being improperly reheated.
