The person, Mr. Sony, who was working the door, immediately showed incredibly quick thinking to keep the situation calm and to quickly get the ambulance workers over to assist. He did this while showing great professionalism and compassion. The staff love did not stop there. I also want to recognize the store manager, Ms. Alecia, for her going above and beyond as well. The next day, she called me to see how my husband was doing. To me, this was her showing her nature of grace and concern for customers, whom she has never met before! To receive her call brought tears to my eyes. My husband did spend overnight at the hospital and is doing well!
