So far, everything we've tried has been delicious--the brisket smash burger , chopped brisket melt, and different bowl variations have all been excellent. Our order has never been wrong, which I really appreciate. Because I'm me lol, I asked, and the owner let me attempt to create something. I tried chopped brisket and cheese on my fries, but something was missing. I think if I paired it with their smash burger sauce and caramelized onions, it would be (I don't even like onions like that, but they were so delicious). We've also tried the BBQ brisket egg rolls and tamales from their frozen section, and those have been just as enjoyable. Two of their bean choices were vegetarian (not the charro beans which has bacon), and I think they had two vegetarian rice option too (no meat broth added).
