I saw that it was their grand opening on Instagram and the pics were fire, so I had to bring my husband here! We got the Lil Mexico and Mr. Mac dogs, both were on point! We went back for more right after! The owner Kazi was very friendly and we will definitely be back to support his business! Thank you Kazi!

One of the Best Hot Dog spots in Houston! The chili cheese dog with beef bacon is the best!

Top Dawg has some of the best hot dogs in Houston, I had the Mr.Mac and Dirty South with beef bacon and they were both great! The Mr.Mac is great and I'm glad I tried it because I never thought Mac and Cheese would be good on a hot dog but they definitely changed my mind! The dirty south with beef bacon is my favorite though because I love chili and I love cheese, so you if you're the same you can't go wrong with the dirty south. The customer service is great and like all mom and pop type places it takes time for quality homemade style hot dogs to be made so be patient! I Highly recommend you try Top Dawg out!

The restaurant was small and I didn't notice any particular theming in the decor, but I also know the recently opened so not sure if they plan to add any additional decor in the future. The food was great! I ordered the Drunken Noodles with Chicken with medium spice. Would rate it a 9/10. The entree came with plenty of food and the spice level was a bit higher than what I would consider medium but nothing to overbearing. The noodles, chicken and vegetables were cooked well and tasted great! I would recommend stopping by and trying them out. Great food and service!

All of my friends were impressed and left so in love with the place. I'll rate each dish we had based off my taste (I'm also a Thai food snob) Cream cheese rangoon- 7/10 tasty, unique, crunchy Thai tea- 10/10 classic!!! Chicken noodle soup spicy- 6/10we were warned but the spice was wildddd, the broth was basic but good and reminded me of pho Kha soi- 7/10 I wish there were more noodles and the broth was rich and yum but the part with beef tasted different and not consistent with top of broth Fried chicken fried rice- 9/10 YUM!!!! so savory and amazing flavor Pineapple frice- 7.5 wish there was a bit more umami but taste is clean and comforting. The spicy level 3 is not a joke! We appreciate the wonderful service and good food.

The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner is extremely kind and down to earth. They also have a nice dine-in setup with tables and a lounge area, which makes it comfortable to sit and enjoy your meal. So far, everything we've tried has been delicious--the brisket smash burger , chopped brisket melt, and different bowl variations have all been excellent. Our order has never been wrong, which I really appreciate. Because I'm me lol, I asked, and the owner let me attempt to create something. I tried chopped brisket and cheese on my fries, but something was missing. I think if I paired it with their smash burger sauce and caramelized onions, it would be (I don't even like onions like that, but they were so delicious). We've also tried the BBQ brisket egg rolls and tamales from their frozen section, and those have been just as enjoyable. Overall, it's a great spot with consistently good food and genuinely great service. We'll definitely continue coming back.

I asked if they served any alcohol, alcoholic beverages, and was informed that they have plans to start selling alcohol within the next 3 to 4 months. I inquired if they were going to have a full barn with a bartender and was told that they plan to start slow by just selling certain alcoholic beverages initially then overtime increase the number of items that are offered. I made my order to go so I could take pictures of my food before I forgot to take pictures. It seems that currently most of their business is takeout. Takeout business is brisk. I've seen three or four while waiting for my food to be prepared. In my opinion the Saag Chicken is prepared in the Southern style, in spite of what the manager said. My food is piping, hot and delicious. The server brought me a plate and silverware when he saw me opening my dishes. He returned with a glass or water also, I love this attention to detail it can make an average experience memorable. The interior could be more inviting with different furniture, making it more appealing. GN3

I believe they have a private dinning area too (one of the school events happen there). It's a very colorful place and has an inviting atmosphere. The bar has a bunch of TVs, for those who want to catch the game. The food honestly looks average, but the taste is delicious. It's also vegetarian friendly. My wife, the vegetarian, asked if they can customize the Tex-Mex Enchiladas (instead of the plain cheese version), and they did. They made her a spinach and cheese, and she loved it. Two of their bean choices were vegetarian (not the charro beans which has bacon), and I think they had two vegetarian rice option too (no meat broth added). My oldest got the stuff avocado with chicken, which she liked a lot. My younger kids got the chicken nuggets, which kept them happy. I got the Ivannita, which is a little bit of everything. If you are hungry, this is a good option, as the Crispy Beef Taco comes out first. The taco shell was freshly fried. They use to have a free ice cream section, where you can get a mini cone with soft serve, but it's not there anymore. :( Overall, this is a great place to eat at with the family.

However, don't be fools, this place is authentic and has pretty good food. Service is with lots of patience, recommendation for customer without judging, and very kind though my feedback is based on slow customers volume day. Food: Roti - 10/10 it's delicious, the best we had compared to other places. Crispy roti and yummy sweet coconut yellow curry is a good appetizer to start your Thai food journey Basil Thai fried rice with chicken - 9/10, the taste is on the sweeter side and a tad oily for my taste. However, still pretty legit. Add on citrus to cut down the sweetness and will be delicious. Or eating with fermented radish will complement this dish. Khao soi braised beef - 10/10, this dish grew on you. It comes with 2 noodles texture - crispy and yellow egg noodle, braised beef is good quality tender beef, kinda like from beef stew, spicy curry sauce taste on point and made you crave for more. Overall, we are glad to try out this place and will plan to come back when we stop by Sugarland.

You can ask to see the piece of rib before they cut it for you and they will happily oblige (patrons behind you might not be so thrilled with that move, but they'll live). Sides were excellent as were the mashed potatoes with white gravy on the side, green beans that were just tender enough, but also a bit crunchy. Perfect. They were seasoned with pork, so if that's not your thing, you might want to skip it. We also ordered their shareable onion rings, easily enough for three people that were huge, hot, and crispy. Let's get this out of the way, some of their prices are a little up there, but if you're anything like me, and don't frequent BBQ places often, it's a rare but enjoyable treat. Sometimes you have to splurge and live a little. Also, they have their regular sauce on tables, but you now have to ask the cashier for their sublime coffee BBQ sauce. Don't be shy, ask. It's worth it. Oh, pro tip: If you want beef ribs, the 'plate' is actually cheaper and a better deal than 'by the pound', so save a little money and get two sides.
