I would have shopped at Simply Uniforms that is much closer to where our kids go to school and where we have shopped at in the past, but they were not opened on the last Saturday of August. My son had four Youth XL polos and I told him to wear his sister's (they are unisex) old polos, which were Adult Mediums. They really didn't look overly big on him, but he wasn't wearing them, so I finally caved in and decided to get him one more polo so I only had to do laundry once for their uniforms. Especially when it's hot, I don't want him rewearing any polos. Anton was giving 10% discounts for our kids' school through the end of August and this was the 30th. I talked to them over the phone, which they were nice, but asked me to place the order online for in person pickup. Thankfully my husband's job is nearby, otherwise this is a 25+ mile for us to go to. Anyway, Heidi said the there would be an area to place the discount online (there isn't that I could tell) and I ended up paying full price. I called Heidi and she said she would give me the 10% back however I wanted. I said wait until we come into the store. The next Friday, my husband went to the store (he said trees were blocking the view of the store's sign, so he missed it) and picked up the polo and Heidi refunded the 10% back onto our card. This was overall easy. I'm glad they were opened on Saturday and we could take advantage of the discounts. Their prices are just slightly less than Simply Uniform, so next time, when one of the kids needs additional clothes, we'll consider this as another place we can get their school clothing. I recently went to Anton uniforms with two shirts that were bought at the same time, but one was way more worn than the other. They were both literally one year old and one was different. They couldn't find my order in their computer even though both shirts were bought directly from them by me and they made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Then they dismissed the wear on the shirts and said they are not responsible for wear and tear. These shirts were visibly different and bought at the same time!! That goes to show you the quality and customer service. They charge for shipping no matter how much your order is and they don't do preorder pickup. They have really odd hours that don't accommodate most working parents. Overall bad experience with them. read more

A little bit off the beaten path but the shop does quality work at the right price. The front office staff is incredibly accommodating and very very friendly. Had a number Of jerseys made for several teams that I coach and there were a few mistakes that were made by my parents. I like this company know the problem and they immediately fix them at a discounted rate which was greatly appreciate it. T-shirts: I've had them design and print shirts for me. Their artist was great. He really came up with a fantastic design and the shirts have held up really well after multiple washes. Embroidery: We already had our logo for embroidery, so they just had to get it onto the hats and clothing. We sometimes change the colors of parts of our logo (depending on what color the shirt is) and they always keep it all straight. They helped us make the embroidery the right size so it would look good on the polos (we were going to go too small and after seeing it all done, they were totally right....they look perfect.) We are very happy with all the orders we've had done here. read more

So, I went with a friend to purchase uniforms for her kids and when I got there, I realized that they also had some for my kids' school so I went ahead and purchased nearly $300 in uniforms, including 3 navy shirts. I have had the same shirts before from a competitors store in Chandler and they lasted us the entire year until my son outgrew it. This time, we are 5 weeks into school and my son is coming home telling me that he will get a detention for his shirt which is faded. His sisters' shirts are also navy and are washed together and are fine. I called here and spoke to a very rude woman who stopped me midway to tell me that I have been using bleach in the wash. I assured her that I do not own any bleach and even my detergent doesn't have bleach in it. She kept insisting that I had bleach somewhere and I kept telling her that I do not and that perhaps the dye lot was off or something. She told me that I am the only one complaining and she can't help me and that she has seen this lots of times over the years. Those shirts are lots of money and with 4 kids, I am not independently wealthy so I can't afford new shirts every 5 weeks! And even if she couldn't take them back, she didn't have to make it seem like I am a liar! It was truly an offensive experience in customer service. She could have apologized for the situation and maybe made it right by offering a new shirt, being that I am a repeat customer or even if she wouldn't replace it, she could have been nice and apologetic. I hung up feeling really offended and like I was trying to do something shady when all I wanted to do was to feel good about my purchase. Really terrible costumer service. I will take my money and purchase my new shirts and uniforms from the store on Alma School. Shame on this place for even treating a customer like this. I will be posting this review on Facebook and our schools FB pages so parents can see how things go here. So much for family owned business! read more
