The day I was supposed to pick up my hat I could not reach the other company. I started to panic and feared I wouldn't have the hat in time. One of our children's teachers was asking about screenprinting shirts and if anybody knew how, so that her class could be readily identified as when in a group setting the masks were still being worn. Time was also a factor as the field day was the next week. I hadn't heard anything so yesterday I called to find out the status of my order. The lady who answered the phone the first time I called (yes first time which means that I called a second time several hours later and then a third time at 4:30 pm) told me she didn't have time to check on the order. Now I've been in the store a few times and there is NEVER anyone in the store so how are you so busy that you could not walk over to where pending orders are and let me know if they were started or done? She told me she'd check and call me back. Four hours later with no call back so I called again to see if there was an update - this time same lady was rude and informed me that they don't do small orders and that they were doing this as a favor to me (passive aggressive statement) no you're not doing me a favor as if I had been told that this order was to small I would have looked for another company (by the way which I did and turn around time is 24-36 hours NOT 14 business days. She told me again she'd check and call me back. No call back so at 4:30 I called again and no one answered the phone. I sent a customer request in and was told that they have been busy and that they could get my order done by Friday. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, already wrote a glowing review for the new company and will NEVER use this company again and will tell anyone looking for embroidery NOT to use this company and will give them a referral to the company that I went to.

Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else.
