I had a complete outage due to my 100 year old feed from the NYSEG meter. This happened right after Ida passed through the area, but was (probably) not entirely due to the rain. NYSEG was no help, and the scope of the work to restore power was intimidating. Antonio picked up the phone, even though it was before his stated hours, got his crew to come out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the situation, proposed a solution, and we agreed on a price. Although it took another day to assemble the parts required, the job was done quickly and professionally, and with courtesy and respect. OK, I'm a veteran and prefer to support veteran-owned businesses. But the service and speed that these folks demonstrated was far beyond what I had become used to, and I can recommend them based on technical knowledge, speed, professionalism, and human interaction skills alone. I live in a COOP which has rules to follow. Antonio was very helpful through the whole process. Recently bought a condo and was looking to get some overhead lights installed. Floor lamps are a definite no-go for me. We were hoping to get the wiring run to accommodate a central fixture in each of three rooms, plus a few recessed lights in the living room. Antonio came by on a Friday afternoon to give me an estimate. He was a really nice guy, despite me being a few minutes late to our appointment, quickly walked through the place as I told him specifically what I wanted, jotted down notes, and was on his way! By the following Tuesday he sent me a written quote with what we had talked about, which included all labor and materials. So why three stars? I can't comment on his work because his quote was a full $700 more than another we received. Perhaps his pricing was due to him being based in Peekskill? I was kept on the phone for a bit of time for my name, contact number, home address and list of items I needed worked on. I was told the owner would call me back within the hour. I know people are busy so I didn't expect that, but I did expect a courtesy call back since my time was used to collect information. It's been over a month, still no call.
