We found the room with the keyboards but many were not plugged in. After going to front to ask for assistance one came back and plugged one in but not the one we were interested in. He left to find a cord and never returned. After 10 more minutes we left. We were in the store at least 20-30 minutes and the salesman was with us about 3 of those minutes. The store at first had no other customers. When we left there appeared to be one young family looking at music.

It was a bit chaotic just trying to purchase my items, even though there weren't many others in line. I think part of the issue was that there's no clear area to wait in line for the cashier. It felt a bit crowded in certain parts of the store because inventory is displayed in cramped spaces. But in other areas, walls with hooks are completely empty. The store could use some restructuring to maximize shopping experiences.

I never felt comforted with the possession of my instrument when I rented an instrument here and felt more as if this institution cared mostly for the rent money rather than the quality and integrity of the valley's music community. My family has purchased an instrument from both Valley Keyboards and Antonio Strad and have felt more at ease with every visit compared to Texas B & O.
