I did not have high expectations for what seems to be a small family owned Deli/Connivence Store in a small farming town of Bridgeton, NJ, but WOW! I have had my fair share of Deli sandwiches and Cheesesteaks from NYC, NJ, Philly, Texas, and the West Coast. I can honestly say Antonio's not only compares to the best, but I have to put their Indian Cheesesteak in the top 3 sandwiches I have ever had! I tried the regular Cheesesteak (with fried onions, mushrooms, peppers, and wiz), Italian Sub, and Indian Chicken Cheesesteak made with fresh sautéed garlic, ginger, Indian chilies, onions, mushrooms, cilantro, and a variety of their Indian spices (not on the menu so ask for it and you'll thank me later!). Their veggies are cut fresh daily and you can taste the quality of their meats, cheeses, and bread. Additionally, they have a vast variety of drinks, candy, snacks, and various household items/essentials at a more than fair price. I've only been here once, but after my first visit it's a guarantee that I'll be back. This deli is a little less than 2 miles from my work. I called first to make sure they take debit cards and they do. I believe if its $10 or more no charge, $5-10 is 25 cents are forget the rest. Don't know, don't care - the point is they take cards, which is great because I almost never carry cash. Plenty of parking outside. The inside is your typical convenience store offering a wide assortment of random stuff. Off to the side past the register is a small grill. I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions and ketchup and it was ready in under 3 minutes. Talk about saving a minute! Got my food back to work and was immediately blown away by the weight of this cheessteak. Easily a pound of steak on this thing. The lighter color of the steak seen in the pic us due to it being cooked with max cheese mixed in. I literally cut a half in half and was full, that's how loaded this cheesteak was. Talk about bang for your buck....I paid $6 for this goliath. Honestly couldn't have made it cheaper at home if I tried. Can't eat these every day unless ya wanna have a coronary bypass but a guilty pleasure for sure. Looking forward to trying some of their other sandwiches as well. I will definitely be back. Stopped in to get a hoagie and the menu had plenty of choices. Decided on a whole Italian having no idea how huge it would be. I asked for extra pickles and vinegar and they did not disappoint. Haven't eaten here in a long time and decided I wanted to try there cheesesteak. This is a place where you order your subs in halves! The subs are huge and can easily feed 2 adults. The steak is chopped and the cheese is melted through which is awesome. It's also packed with meat, the sub will cost you about $12 but it's well worth the price with size of the sub and the amount of meat you get. This is probably one of the best cheesesteaks I've had in a long time. The fries were also good. Not really much to discuss their. I haven't had anything else from this place other then the cheesesteak but If your in the area this is a place you should stop by and try a cheesesteak. read more

This is probably one of the dirtiest convenience stores around. Always have expired drinks still in freezer. And breakfest sandwiches are terrible as usual for any convenience store. Its definitely not the worst place I've been to but its close read more

I probably order from Antonio's Deli three times a week. I really enjoy the food that they make. When placing an order they answer very nicely. They take the time to ask questions if they don't understand or can't hear. All of the food is quickly made and is done well. The prices are very reasonable and always consistent. The grocery party of the store seems to always be stocked with items that you would need. I really love the candy that they have! Swedish Fish and Sour Patch Kids! There is enough room as the parking lot is big. Their Italian subs are delicious! I highly recommend ordering from Antonios if you want something quick and good! read more

This Deli is not even worth 1 star in my book. Staff is very ignorant, disrespectful, unprofessional and don't even know there own menu. There so called manager, they need to find another bc she was worthless. How professional are you when you hang up on a customer when they call to tell you that you messed up a salad, yes a SALAD... Nephew went here and was on 2 occasions charged twice for his purchases. He noticed after his checking statement came in. He took it to the store and talked to the owner, who said they don't keep records of purchases that old. Him not knowing any better accepted that answer. I told him the absolutely have to keep records of theses transactions. Hope he follows through with a complaint to FTC. As for there food it's honestly hit or miss. Just pay cash or do like me and try to have them double charge, so you can file a complaint. read more

Average. I always order a chicken caesar salad or the chef salad when I come here--the chef salad is always good but the chicken caesar salad is never really consistent. The chicken is either dry as dry can be or it is pretty good. Some of my family loves the pizza, and the rest of family doesn't like it at all. Overall, average. read more
