    Neapolitan cheese pizza
    Niki C.

We usually had only gone to this location previously when we shopped at the pet store next door. We only had gotten a couple of slices. However, it's been a good year since we were there last, and it was apparent that the shop was either under new ownership or under new management. The sign outside said, "Take Out Only - No Dine-in," which was fine with us. I figured the less cost of not running a full service restaurant meant less costs for us. I was right. The prices for individual pizzas and full pies were more reasonable than the pizza shop we went to last week across town. As I was getting ready to pay with my phone app, he said, "You don't need to leave me a tip" and bypassed the tip screen that automatically comes up (thank you!) We were going to get the 9", but instead ordered the 14" to have leftovers for tomorrow's dinner. We both ordered the Neapolitan pizza, which was labeled as "New York" pizza. Originating from NY, I had to ask if it really tasted like NY pizza. He said yes, but no. However, although it wasn't NY pizza, it tasted good nevertheless. l was very tempted by the calzone and will likely get it next time (yes, there will be a next time) we're in the area.

Christmas shopping…read more For two hectic days now this has meant eating what is convenient, alas I found myself eating in a mall food court. The casual setting doesn't bother me. The issue is the predictability. Do I want Chinese, the Chinese across from that Chinese, Chic-Fil-A (Wait - it's not Sunday? This shopping is eating my brain alive!), or pizza? Pizza seems like the freshest option so I headed over to Villa Pizza. Used to be an older guy and a younger guy working every day there who were GREAT, but they were nowhere to be found. Today I was graced with two miserable female teenagers. Every question was answered with a pausing stare and a readable expression - "Why are you asking questions? Ugh!" Well, because I want to know what I'm eating, and I also want to know prices before I order since they aren't all up on the menu (only meal prices are up - wanted a drink without a meal). Makes sense. Went to sip my drink after eating my pizza (totally forgot it was there) and it was all carbonation and no flavor. Went up and asked for a refund because I have no time to hold a drink while we are shopping and it was clear that I only took one sip. Then this nice little conversation took place. Her - "I've drank the root beer today. It's fine." Me - "This is not good at all. Try it now." Her - "It's fine." Guy that comes from the kitchen tries some. Guess he overheard the conversation. - "Um, this is not good at all. The machine needs to be refilled." Her- "Ok, well, like, I don't know how to give you a refund." Then everyone just stares at me from behind the counter as if they are wondering - Will she deal with it? Will she explode? Uh, like, what should we do? I just turned around and threw it out. My food was good as it always has been. Villa Pizza is best option in the food court soooo I will be back if needed again while shopping, but I'd rather listen to my stomach rumble then have those 3 people help me again. Try the cucumber, tomato, and purple onion salad as a side. The garlic rolls aren't really worth it.

13 bucks for two slices of cheese pizza and two drinks? Have you gone mad? Not to mention the pizza…read morewas over done, the soda was flat with no refills (the only store in the good court that has this policy). It's no wonder you have no one going there, cause when they do, you rip them off. Never again will I waste my money at your place. Good job raising prices again too! What you not making enough profit? Maybe if you quit screwing people constantly, you might have more customers.
