The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. In the last week we've had a break-in to one of our cars, and a criminal on the run attempt to ditch his gun. Thanks Delta!

After multiple follow-ups, I was told parts were on order, but weeks have passed with no updates and no response to my latest email. I am posting this to make others aware of the current communication delays. I will gladly update this review and the rating once the three defective pieces are replaced. They finally came out.
