I've ordered from Guida many years ago. That experience was amazing . So amazing I reached out to them almost 20 years later to install a new entry and security door in my current home. Unfortunately this experience was not amazing. The price is exorbitant but I justified it in my head because it's supposedly a life time warranty, I received way too many calls and texts to upsell (tint. Hardware, door quality, trim etc ... The quality of the final product is excellent, just not want I envisioned. Would I recommend them to my family and friends ??? I can't say that I would based on my experience this time read more

I heard guida from an advertisement on the radio so i gave them a try after looking at reviews. I got 3 doors by them that cost a little under $6k. The doors looked amazing. The service was not so much. I got the doors so that the house would not be drafty. After installation I got a peco home energy audit and the results were shocking. There were plenty of air leaks on all doors. On one door, you could even see the light right through the outside. They even forgot to caulk the top a door, leaving a half an inch gap. They came out 3 times to "fix" the solution. When I called the 3rd time, the last installer, whom they claimed was "the engineer" finally installed a different type of weather stripping which they should've done in the first place. I did not know they use subcontractors to install their products. For the price you pay, I expected perfection. Quality of the insulation was poor until I had to complain three times. They did get it right after the third time but it shouldn't have gone to that point. SMH read more

I have ordered windows from this company and it took approximately 3 months, then when the windows came one of my winds were not correct. Guida is not the company that you would want the windows are expensive and they pretty much blow smoke up your butt. I was told that by the installer that they would be out at 9:30. The installer called me at 9:03. That was unacceptable and not professional. Guida stated oh did the installer give you a window time no they did not. On top of that I had just painted the outside of my house including the window panes and now you should see my windows. Guida has ordered my new window and that is going to take who knows. Guida is not the company I would ever order windows from. The company wants to give me a $200.00 credit when this window should be free. I am so done with Guida never again. I would like to thank Guida for completing my order for my windows and most of all for giving me credit towards my windows. Guida fixed everything that was not right with the initial order. I am very pleased and satisfied for the completion of my windows. Thank you Guida for making me a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you for resolving any issues that had to addressed. Brought a security storm door and a garage door from Guida. The guarantee is crap, haven't had the garage door five years and it doesn't work every six months. It cost me every time they have to come out, when I open & close it parts fly off and somehow i have to pay. Will never buy from them again. My storm door has problems as well, knob is loose & screws prevent it from closing properly. The staff immediately quote cost to come out before they hear what's going on, all about the money with them. They really deserve no stars but had to give one. I ordered a custom security screen door from Guida and it came out great. Nice finish and works great. I got them to install it as it was the same price as my guy and they would would have to warranty it. Anyway you can't go wrong hanging a steel door and steel frame. read more
