The staff were incredibly understanding, patient, and caring. Instead of having me sit in a regular chair, they moved me to a bed so I could be more comfortable and safe. They never made me feel rushed and took their time throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how willing they were to work with me. They were able to split up my blood draws so I could come back on different days rather than having everything done at once. That made such a huge difference for me. I'm truly grateful for the kindness, patience, and compassion they showed me. They listened to my concerns and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. Thank you to the Quest staff for taking such great care of me!

She was also very good at phlebotomy! I'm a difficult stick - I don't know if there's truth in this statement but people have said my veins are rollers? They roll out of the way? and on occasion I've been sent home because at other locations, the phlebotomist couldn't find my vein or stuck me too many times unsuccessfully. Not here. Nikki got my vein on the first attempt! And she had butterflies in stock. Hooray! My experience here was very positive. Free parking, easy in/out, convenient location although it's oddly near a strip joint. Florida zoning for ya! It's in a strip mall immediately next to the Melting Pot restaurant. I booked a 7am appt. so it wouldn't interfere with my workday and so I wouldn't need to fast too long which brings us to another added plus. During scheduling there were plenty of appts. available - I had no shortage of appt. options. They told me they recently extended their hours and staffing so the efficiency I experienced (unlike other reviews) is perhaps bc of these improvements. I would/will def return here since blood labs are a fact of life. My husband also went recently later in the morning and he too had a very good experience, surprisingly so. They seem consistent! Julie is very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I never feel like I'm being rushed out of there. She's managing my blood pressure, cholesterol and now, some derma issues. They draw blood on site which is so convenient. The cost for services is so reasonable that it just doesn't make sense for me to have a health plan. I just pay out of pocket and save so much money.

Very quick and efficient and very friendly personnel. This employee deserves a raise (not kidding, this was by far the best experience I've had at a collection facility)!! After the low ratings and complaints about Quest, I was leery that it would not be a good experience (plus I am a hard stick). To my surprise, I walked in without an appointment, filled out my info and was given an appointment for 20 minutes later. The people ahead of me were being seen on time and I was seen at the appointed time. The young woman who drew my blood was very personable and sweet and did a great job.
