You don't deal with anyone till they come get you . Luckily we did not get discouraged and leave because we were there maybe 5 minutes before someone came to get us. I have to say they are not too talkative or make you feel welcomed. Not much talking at all. When we left they actually had the waiting room with a bunch of people all at once. I'm glad we stayed. Definitely a lack of customer service here , just get what they need from you and you can leave. I'm glad my Mom don't get nervous, they were gentle with her. I like talking when I get blood work done just to feel more comfortable. It's nice they take walk ins I guess most the time they want you to schedule a appointment on line or by phone.

After the low ratings and complaints about Quest, I was leery that it would not be a good experience (plus I am a hard stick). To my surprise, I walked in without an appointment, filled out my info and was given an appointment for 20 minutes later. The people ahead of me were being seen on time and I was seen at the appointed time. The young woman who drew my blood was very personable and sweet and did a great job. I found it to be a much better experience. Hopefully this will continue.
