They were so intent on making their $100 without a modicum of due diligence to at least probe to see what could potentially be damaged. The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive. Oh, and let's not forget that they charge $14+ to use a credit card. Never again will I do business with this company.

My French drains weren't put in correctly, sprinklers were all left poking out of the ground causing my kids to fall over and over on them, the sprinkles he used were trash. He said he couldn't bury the sprinklers because there was a frame in the way.... I ended up doing it myself... and found no wood frame underneath the ground. I'll say this, all the work seemed extremely half asses. I ended up getting charged more without him telling me until the end as well. I left marks for him to put the sprinkles and he put them wherever he thought was best. Absolutely, no water coverage on my new lawn. I called him to show him and texted him photos of the job and said he would be here the following week. He also left a patch of dirt with no grass where he was supposed to put it?
