Very professional crew from the girl in the office right up to the owner of the company. Contacted them for a quote, and had them on site within 1 week of the quote. Knowledgeable and SAFE crew with equipment that looked like it is constantly gone over with a fine tooth comb. They removed a number of dead pines in not so comfortable quarters. Trees were then mulched on site with their bad to the bone mulching head attachment for their skid steer. There was not one moment I doubted their professionalism and safety practices; whereas other tree companies always had me guessing when something was going to fail or when something was going to fall on someone or something. Crew was also very conscious of not rutting up yard or driveway and fixed anything immediately that was not the way they found it. Very happy with the work. Will be recommending Signature Tree to anyone I can, and will for sure be using them again the future!!! read more

After reading through the services offered and the stated mission of the company, Signature Tree Care seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for - they may actually offer these services, and they may actually do a good job. I wouldn't know because, after a month of trying to work with them, they've stopped responding to my emails. Of course, I had a deadline I was trying to meet and because they strung me along for nearly four weeks, it's too late to secure another service to try to get the work done on time. In the post hurricane chaos that was Naples, FL this fall - Signature Tree Care stood above other vendors for 1) providing consumer choices on price and scope of work, 2) prompt, courteous, and professional communication, and 3) thorough, skilled completion of agreed upon work. The uprooted oak in my back yard was ground to mulch. Even better was the response when I said that I miss my beautiful tree. "We love trees, and it makes us sad to have to have to take so many away." Not only did Signature efficiently handle the tree removal, but they carefully salvaged adjacent stone and saved some ground plants for future re-planting. WOW!! Got a notification that my review was false. If this company wasn't so RUDE & UNRELIABLE I probably wouldn't persue writing another review. But we flew in from NJ to meet this landscaper for a job he promised to do for us. We spent money on plane tkts & my husband took off from work. We even called the morning of the job & they PROMISED they would be there at a certain time. Well, 2 hrs passed the time they were supposed to arrive we called & they gave us a ridiculous story that the trees were coming from MIAMI & they couldn't get them!! OMG stay away. I called this company to do some work. They did not come out to look at my tree to give an estimate. That was their choice and how they do business. Instead they asked that I send pictures. I sent five or so photos that fairly presented the size of the tree and work to be done. The customer service representative even said they were excellent photos. They gave an estimate and I accepted the estimate. The workers came out and then proceeded to give me a song and dance. They asked if I had been given an estimate and I said yes; the worker said "I think we will have to re-evaluate." Obviously he wanted more $$$$ even though if his question about the estimate were genuine he did not know that there was an estimate or what the amount was, but he "had to re-evaluate" the price. Suggestion: come out to the site and give a real estimate like any decent respectable company would do. Dont do a bait-and-switch on me. I threw these people off my property. read more

The crew was a pleasure to work with. They did everything we originally asked and were very responsive to any requests for adjustments we had about the work. They seemed to really enjoy their work, and were careful to avoid causing damage to plants beneath the trees they were trimming or removing. Signature Tree Care did an outstanding job in removing three large Australian Pines from our property. This was a difficult job because the trees were up against a seawall and surrounded by mature plantings. The arborist visited the site a couple times to plan the job, and the crew showed up on time as promised. The work took the better part of a day and the area was completely cleaned up (they even washed off our driveway). There was no damage at all to the plantings around the trees. Although Signature was not the lowest bid we received, we had the best feeling that they could do the work without damage to the rest of the yard. We would not hesitate to use them again. I cannot give Signature Tree a high enough rating. First let me explain that I was a part of a committee in an association and it, in my thinking, was a huge responsibility finding the best arborists to replace a minimum of 20 trees post Irma and to do some excessive trimming. I researched companies and this is 'why' I chose Signature Tree and thus my excellent review: (I did learn that "landscapers" and "arborists" are two different worlds.) 1. Signature Tree Care in choosing your trees looks for quality from branch structure to root condition. 2. Proper planting depth is crucial and sometimes overlooked by some companies. 3. Signature Tree sees that the "watering in process" during planting is addressed as it is a key to plant health. 4. How plant material is handled during the loading and offloading process needs to be done correctly. A combination of all these factors and your certified arborist carrying through with these procedures protects your investment. I am sure there are more factors that are considered (I am not a tree person and had to do my homework), but this is only some of what I learned along the way -thus choosing Signature Tree Care. They didn't disappoint! read more
