Cannot get permits because they are not providing the service they're being paid for. Complaints about any of this leads to abuse by Best Defense staff. The inexperienced, unprofessional, immature owner of the company hired all his friends so there's no real leadership. Chances are good you'll regret hiring them if you bother.
