Very responsive. Easy to get ahold of. Work was not up to my expectations but there may have been some issues I wasn't aware of because I was trying to coordinate repairs remotely with tenants in a rental. They charge $85/hour which sounds inexpensive but that also means time to get parts or supplies if owner does not have them on hand in advance. Price ended up being about $100 higher than anticipated (compared to other quotes). I would suggest going with a flat rate quote rather than a "per hour" charge. They also need to get paid immediately which may be problematic if someone is trying to get repairs done for a parent or relative and they are not present when the job is completed. read more

We will not be using Anytime Handyman again. Although Tyler (the owner) was able to squeeze us in quickly after a cancellation, the entire experience was mediocre. First off - they charge $72.50 per worker per hour then really drag their feet the entire time. The team was very unprofessional - 1 worker came and completed 1 task then left without explanation or return, the "3rd year electrician" was only able to resolve 1 out of the multiple electrical issues we have, another worker took 3 hours to complete 1 task which seemed really excessive, and Tyler only showed up briefly at the beginning of the day then again in the middle of the day and left early. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they started our kitchen flooring project (which they initially sounded so confident in doing but took a really long time to get going) and only finished HALFWAY through the kitchen because "Tyler would get mad if they work past 3pm." Very unprofessional all the way around, over-priced, and not the quality of work we were expecting. Very disappointing. read more

Had all my door casings replaced because my cat urinated all of it! The handyman was very courteous. Very upfront about pricing. I didn't have the materials and he drove to Home Depot to pick up what he needed. They charge by the hour which was totally fine with me. Overall he did a great job. Anytime was supposed to come back to finish up a job. Unfortunately they came back on the wrong day when we weren't around. The next day i called and left a voicemail and texted twice. No response. After that i messaged via yelp and got a response claiming I didn't contact them at all, no communication after that. Thankfully I only paid for the work done so I can chalk it up to a bad experience and move on. Two stars only because the first guy that came (Alex) was super nice and came on time. I have called this business three times in the last few months. Tyler and Alex did a professional job on all of my small, but meaningful, projects. When I called Tyler this last time for a shower fix, he said he would come out personally because he suspected the issue was more complicated than it appeared (he was correct). After quickly making the repair, he explained that my shower was part of a larger, more serious, problem that I will need to address within the year. I highly recommend Anytime Handyman for any home repairs. My only recommendation would be to be aware of all charges before beginning. It seems Anytime does most everything in construction. Alex spent the whole day at our place, installing 3 sinks, a shower door, and a garbage disposer. He did a great job, working hard the whole day without breaks. The price was reasonable considering the excellent quality of work. This would be a 5-star review for the work. The only reason it's a 4-star review was because of the unexpected charges. We were charged $90 to pick up the shower door from Home Depot and deliver it to us. That's not an unreasonable charge, but it would have been good to let us know of the charge ahead of time. Also, Anytime will haul away the dispose of old material and boxes for a $90 fee. This was also not explained to us before we began, so we ended up making 5 trips to the garbage bin after the job was done. I explained my concerns about unexpected fees to Tyler, and he agreed to let future clients know. So, that's all good. read more

They did an awesome job installing my granite counter top. They took the time to measure/level, dry fit the plywood first then screwed it down. Then they moved on to the granite. Instead of propping it on they measured a few times ensuring it'll fit in between the two walls, it was a tight fit. They decided to chisel out a bit of the wall before sliding the granite on the cabinets. They did a great job and the granite fit between the 2 walls and sit on top of the countertop beautifully. read more

Tyler was on the spot getting back to me super quickly on answers and seemed to always be able to answer the phone both of which are a pleasant rarity. I was extremely impressed with the handyman they sent out Toni, who put up track lighting along with quite a few other projects around my place. She is professional, knowledgeable and very precision and detail oriented which I love. She really listened well to what I wanted and worked with me offering great alternatives of ways to do things as well which often would be a much better solution than what I was thinking.
