Absolute garbage. We…read morehad these unprofessionals clean our house to get it ready for renters. The maid service was fine; the house was clean when they were done. However, they threw away some things I had left in my house that were very obviously not trash. When we called to ask where these things were, they said they got thrown away and we should have known to tell them not to throw these items away, and that all their other customers know to do this. As this was the first time I had used a cleaning service, I had no idea about this and they did not do any sort of first timer questioning. They just rolled in there and threw some rather unique things away that cannot be replaced. They quoted us one price and then overbilled us by $50. We sent a check to their PO box, and three weeks later they were sending us past due notices because they don't bother to check their own PO box for payments. They do not return emails. We have emailed them a number of times and they MIGHT respond on a Friday, which we were told is the only time they look at their inbox, but they respond by phone only. How these incompetent people managed to incorporate, let alone manage to have employees and continue operating, is beyond me. Their general attitude is awful, they have no thought to providing quality service, have no empathy if they screw up, and are generally apathetic to any complaints. Don't bother with this company unless you don't mind someone treating you like you're as stupid as they are. They did a good job with the actual function of cleaning, but the service, attitude, scheduling, and billing portions of the organization are completely unacceptable.

And that was it no offer any type of satisfaction, no real apology, nothing. I had a large area rug, rolled up and ready for them to pick up about a month ago. They unrolled it and we discussed any stains and general cleaning that would be performed. They left me a quote that I was happy with. When they dropped it off yesterday they brought it inside and unrolled it and the gentleman said "I see that you have a large hole in the rug". First of all, this was not there when they picked it up, and we certainly would have mentioned it if it had been. Secondly, if it was there, and we did not discuss, then they should've called me before they proceeded with a $330 cleaning fee on a rug I can no longer show in my home. Very disappointing.

It's a bit out of the way on NW 53rd ave, but was one of the better deals in town. Be aware that there is no security gate and I hope they change that. But there are always cops around this industrial part of town, probably speed trapping people. The guy who you rent from is a very good hearted man. I was late a couple of times and even a whole month late once and he never hassled me and more surprisingly didn't charge me any extra late fees. Can't say that they do this for everyone, but I was just a random customer. They never tried to hassle me to get a larger space, just gave me what I needed, no fuss, and were always friendly. I took my wedding dress there to be cleaned And steamed before my wedding and Stephen was patient and attentive. He even got it cleaned in a short amount of time to be ready for my wedding. After, I of course brought it back to him to be cleaned again and preserved/boxed. He even had me come back in after the cleaning and before the boxing so I could inspect the whole train. He even offered to include invitations or my veil in the preservation box too! Don't let the shop's "hole in the wall" atmosphere deter you! Not only was the blouse ruined, they did not tell me about it and instead hid it in between the other garments I had dry cleaned and took my payment. When I got home and took everything out of the bag I saw the ruined top. I went back asking for a refund and instead was given a 15 minute lecture on why they should not have to give me one. I understand they did not mean to destroy the top, but the fact that they hid it and let me pay for it is unacceptable. They ended up giving me a "complementary" suit cleaning. I figured I would give them one more shot and brought in a suit. The complementary cleaning was only $20 and I was charged $5 on top of that. When I came to pick up the suit, it had stains on it that were not there when I brought it in. I took the suit to another dry cleaner to fix their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE
