I highly recommend renting a trailer from GT Trailer Rentals. I reached out for a last minute trailer need and Tara and George quickly responded and had availability! Tara is absolutely phenomenal. Her communication is top notch, from the beginning it was clear and very quick responses. I have little towing experience and I had a long haul tow I had to do. Tara made sure I was comfortable with everything, gave me a break down of everything and how it works and the trailer. The trailer was in excellent condition and had everything you needed and some! There was a hiccup after picking up the trailer and Tara had made sure everything was taken care of and everything was set before I left on my trip. While on my trip, I had ended up getting a flat and I reached out to Tara. She was so calm and collective and helped me through the entire process. She made my experience smooth sailing from the jump and I would recommend using GT Trailer Rentals for all your trailer needs! 1000/10 recommend! Thank you Tara and George for everything! Great service and awesome people to work with! Got me hooked up and ready late in the evening so I could get an early start the next morning. Trailer was in great shape. Pulled smoothly and straight. Came with all the straps and hardware needed to secure my cargo. Tara was amazing to work with. She made the whole process so easy. I would recommend them to anyone. I rented a car hauler from GT yesterday to pick up a car I bought in Labelle. The process was simple and easy and the equipment was top notch. The trailer pulled like a dream and the whole process was worry free. Tara is so nice to deal with and the price was fantastic. You can bet I'll be calling GT again for my trailer needs. I've bought trailers and had them sit around because I didn't need one often. This was I just call GT when I need one and I can be sure I'll het good service and rent reliable trailers. Upon…read morearriving to pick up the trailer I was informed by the clerk that there was a flag on my reservation and I needed to call uhaul. I found out that they wouldn't rent to me because of a storage unit debt I supposedly incurred years ago. So we attempted to put the rental in my girlfriend's name. They wouldn't rent to her either because she was now "associated" with me. She wasn't even around when I supposedly incurred the debt. But they refused to rent to her. Naturally, I became angry and I cursed. However, I never threatened anyone nor did I destroy any property. We left the store to sit in my truck to figure out where we could rent a trailer. The "manager" of the store showed up at this point. He pulled in driving a uhaul pick up truck. Parked. Ran inside. Then came barreling out toward me, my girlfriend, and my truck. He started shouting at me to get out of my truck so he could kick my ass. He was angry that I had told him over the phone to kiss my ass. Apparently he doesn't know the difference between kick & kiss. No matter what, don't let uhaul know you know me (Rick Lee) because you will be guilty by association & therefore they won't rent to you. I've told 20+ people so far. All have sworn not to rent from uhaul or at least not to mention my name. And the manager at Dave's Minit Mart will want to kick your ass if you even mention my name.
