The instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and create such a positive, energizing atmosphere. Every class feels like a great workout without ever feeling intimidating. What really sets this place apart, though, is the kids club. As a parent, it's such a game changer to know my kids are happy, safe, and well cared for while I take time for myself. It makes working out feel easy and enjoyable instead of stressful. On top of all that, the people are amazing both staff and members. There's such a welcoming, friendly vibe that makes it feel more like a community than just a gym. And the location couldn't be better. If you're looking for a gym that checks every box such as beautiful space, incredible classes, family-friendly, and genuinely great people. Edgemont Athletic is it.

HORRIBLE treatment by staff today, NOT luxury service, AVOID…read more I had asked to be connected to the manager of the club during the phone call to Adress the situation privately but Raeann said over the phone he (manager?) was on vacation for a long time and refused. I wanted to address the horrible treatment i received today not only from Raeann, but from the front desk girl as well as the one that called me in to the office upon arrival. I signed up through the mind body app, and scheduled my yoga class through there. I got to the desk 10 mins before the class as that is what the class description said. I was then told to wait and have some other girl frantically tell me shes so rushed now to get me registered, which i thought was done already through the app. This meeting she all but blamed me and made me feel as though i was a burden to her, and that this was not how it was supposed to be. Again, nowhere does this say this when booking through mind body that there needs to be a tour and such prior to me scheduling anything. After class, i left, and checked if i had a phone number for the facility, i only had a text from Raeann, which i have attached here, again, no mention of a 1 hr needed for tour and processing etc. In her text, i will note however, in the berating phone call after, she did lie and say she had called so many times and explained over voicemail, which did not happen. I texted Raeann back as attached below, to which she berated me (in her calm, soft spoken voice as she continued to say, while talking down to me) talk over me, and say she didn't want me in her club when i asked to speak to a manager because her behaviour was an insane way to treat anyone, let alone a new member. She then back peddled and again, blamed me for having a bad day and was taking it out on her (when she called me to seemingly blame a new member with a valid concern that i calmly, privately tried to address ?) She lied saying she called multiple times, when she called once and texted me. She also lied about her manager being on vacation, as when i called the front desk, they said he would be in on Monday. Her attitude over the phone was horrible, her condescending way of speaking was uncalled for and her threats of telling everyone about me, and not letting anyone else speak to me, is absolutely insane. I would like to speak to anyone above her as soon as possible. Thanks. If this is how this place is run, DO NOT GO HERE.

I feel better than ever and am seeing results like I never have my whole life. He is not just my mentor for exercise but also for my diet and my general health and well being. He is so confident and driven that I enjoy going every time, it's never a chore. His gym is private so you will never have to be sharing equipment or rubbing shoulders with other people you don't know. It's just you and him in a gym focused on your workout. During Covid I started homeschooling my kids. I quickly stopped making fitness a priority. I had been wresting with getting back to a gym when management reached out about coming back to try a class. All it took was one class - I forgot how much I loved it! A gal recently asked me why I returned, and I told her that I was now the slowest, weakest, and fattest I've been in years, so I decided to return to the place that I know gets the job done! With hard work, perseverance, and stellar coaching staff, I'm starting to see my body transform. This place brings out my inner athlete and my competitive side, but it's not about comparing myself to others - every time I look in the mirror it's me against me. I was tasked with the job of finding a gym to meet her needs. After talking to Chad (owner) we walked over and met with him. He is very proud of his facility and for good reason. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, well maintained, great equipment for cardio and resistance training and very large open space/area(rubber floor) for stretching and plyometrics. We did a 1 week deal at a reasonable price with 24 hour access. Cardio equipment is situated facing large windows with views of Three Sisters Peaks. All machines were functioning 100% and clean. Resistance training area- Rogue Free weights and benches, dumbbells up to 150LBS. Lots of Hammer Strength selectorized machines. Basically anything a serious gym rat would want. All in like new condition. For the woman everything and more you need for glutes and legs! YES 2 squat racks and one Smith! Leg presses,hacks ........ Only missing members required to use/bring a sweat towel. Wish I had a gym like this in my home town.

I have been training here for over a year and it has done so far downhill. Booking private training…read moresessions is a nightmare. I was training with one trainer regularly every week at the same time for months and went to book additonal sessions and the front desk booked over my time with someone else. I was injured and could not attend sessions for a period, then I booked sessions through the app and had to fight with them as my bookings didn't register in the system. I booked several sessions in a row with one trainer who wasn't even there anymore. Then I got moved to a couple different trainers for those times, and one session was canceled same day because that trainer didn't work at that time of day. My last two sessions - both booked over a month in advance - have been canceled last minute with no offers to rebook other than for me reaching out to them. First cancellation, I did not get a warning, I checked my schedule on the app and noticed it was missing and was told it there were booking at that time and it wasnt in the system, despite recieving an email confirmation of the time. Today my session was canceled with 2 hours notice. The blonde girl at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. At this point I will be finding somewhere else to go and will not be going back. Extremely disappointed.

I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt a part of the community. All staff, trainers and members have been amazing every time I go. The instructors have been encouraging and supportive throughout my pregnancy journey, keeping a close eye on me and offering modifications as required to keep me safe. The workouts are different every single day, so you never get bored and it never gets easier. Parking is also easy regardless of when you attend class. I mentioned that maybe in a year or so I may be moving back so the girl said "rather then canceling, why don't we freeze your account so you can keep your rate in case you come back? And if you decide not to just give me a weeks heads up before the year and we can cancel your membership" So I agreed and continued working out for the 30 days until my membership was frozen. I didn't end up moving back to the area so called to cancel and then got a "sure but we will be charging you for a month!" Ummm what?? Not once was I told that I would have to give ANOTHER 30 days notice and be charged for it!! After going back in forth with the assistant manager several times over email trying to explain to them how it isn't fair that I am being charged an extra $200 after not having stepped foot in that gym in over a year. All I get back is "you either pay or we'll send you to collections!" I was definitely deceived into not canceling my membership that day that I went in with intent too. This gym has the worst customer service and will squeeze every cent out of you that they can. If your thinking of joining this place, think again. They'll find one way or another to rip you off.
