Talk about customer service, this place nailed it. I wish I had figured this out a month and a half ago! I was greeted by a gentleman when I walked in and after asking if I could join for a month or a couple weeks, he said that he could extend their "Free Week" promotion to two weeks for me, no charge. Wait...what? You are going to let me work out here for free? Sold!!! I did buy a door card for $15 that lets me into the facility 24/7, but when I return the card next week, I get my full $15 back. As far as the gym goes, it's not very big. However, it's mos def sufficient for a place like FDL. They have about 8 treadmills, 4 ellipticals, a few stationary bikes and a few recumbent bikes. They also have a dozen or so machines, both plate loaded types and cable types. What stuck out to me is the pull-up and dip station and especially the bent over row machine (not enough gyms have this!). Their free weight selection is pretty decent: an assortment of curl bars, dumbbells from 5-90 lbs, a Smith machine, and a squat rack. For you Jersey Shore fans, they also have a tanning room for $15 a month. They do offer health screenings and personal training, but I'm not sure about the fees associated with them.
