A really good gym, if you're a lifter. Lots of racks, for squats etc. Great deadlift platform with dedicated bar and bumper weights. Gym has lots of bars, lots of machines, it's clean and well maintained, and lots of room. Good patrons (while we were there) good bathrooms, private showers. A lot of older people don't care abt gym etiquette, or the cleanliness of the machines. I don't know why it's older people but they will jump in during your set for just one set and will go to another machine. And they don't wipe down or take weights off they just move on to their next workout! Staff only cleans cardio machines, how is everything else getting cleaned?? read more

This is by far the cleanest and girl friendliest gym I've ever been to (example: I'm literally watching the owner vacuum dust off the 20' high air ducts and listening to pleasing pop music). It's great to go to an open gym where everyone wants to be there. Great selection of aerobic and weight machines, free weights. There are areas where you can set up your own workout. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend the personal trainer Katie Bradbury. She's whipping me in to shake for ski season! read more

Clean, spacious, variety of equipment, and great coaches! Owner and employees are cleaning daily & keeping up with clients, and working on how to make things better for everyone who walks in. The Remedy store inside the building is a cute space to get smoothies, coffees (with macros listed) & pastries. They have clothes, to protein powders, and much more! read more

Best Anytime I have been to. I am a sales rep and hit several locations across the PNW to the MW , this is the BEST. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, experienced, and they treat you with the utmost respect. The atmosphere here is upbeat and fun. The locals are very welcoming. The gym has all the equipment you could want. Not over crowded and very clean. Always encouraging words written on the board near the entrance as well as activities such as cooking classes or CDC skis/hikes. There's no better views looking out the windows to the easy and west, mountains everywhere. Scenery is five stars! Bathrooms and changing rooms are clean and modern. Nothing in the building is worn or old. I recommend the gym to anyone, almost worth going out of your way to find it. read more

The public hours are not 24 hours as advertised. The only people searching for hours would be non members, so why are the member only hours listed? Very frustrating as it's the only gym in the Driggs area. Just drove 20 minutes to find out I couldn't workout. . Not impressed. read more
