As I was travelling around in the last month, I felt I really needed a deep tissue massage. Preston kindly acquiesced. And Wow! I have not had a deep tissue massage this good in years. Every stroke was deliberate and en pointe. There was not a 'filler' move in the entire session. He was present and attentive. I had severe disc damage at L5/S1, the inflammation made the sciatic nerve extremely irritated and painful. I couldn't be on my feet for more than a couple minutes, I couldn't sit and for days I wasn't able to sleep for more than 20 -30 minutes at the time. The pain would wake me up. Dry needling brought the inflammation down immediately. After two sections, I was sleeping better, walking and started riding my mountain bike again.
