I contacted the club on the 9th of February this year by email to find out how long was left on my contract. This was ignored, the young lad I was mailing was most likely told to ignore the request by management in an attempt to keep getting money for services I was not able to use, however there is no 'Maria' there or a 'jill'(friends reference)and the sound staff members were no longer working there so it really wasn't going to happen.
The fact I was only able to use the gym for maybe an hour in total over the 6 months is neither here nor there, I signed up for 6 months so I paid 6 months, with a freeze in the middle in the hopes that I would be able to use there, no joy; happens.
I explained on joining my various issues, I have explained further in response to an email. Well done on finally terminating my membership as I requested months ago. The money you are claiming is owed is only there as it didn't suit whoever to reply to my original email in February enquiring how many more months I had to throw €50 'down the drain'. read more
