Stay away! Read the back of the pink paperwork, it is a contract! I joined this gym, not knowing…read morethe headache it was going to cost me. I injured my knee in the spring of 2016, and had to cancel my gym membership due to a ACL reconstruction, and this place still wanted me to pay for services that I wasn't even using. After my surgery I went to the facility within a week and spoke to the front desk staff on crunches and a knee brace, mind you and informed them nicely them that I needed to cancel my membership. The young gentlemen at the desk informed me that I needed to write a 30 day notice which I did the same day and cancelled my automatic bank draft since I wasn't attending anymore. Oh yeah, they make it where you have to set up a bank draft and that should have been my first clue to WALK BACK OUT THE DOOR! Here it is 2018 and this company is trying to collect and sue for services that I didn't even use. SUCH GREED, nothing good with come to this place! Nothing! I can already see that the business has slowed down due to the Anytime Fitness up the street. My advice to any one who is thinking about joining this place is DON"T. If you are a member definitely don't get hurt because you won't get any sympathy, and they are still going to try to come after your money. I suggest you go to the Anytime Fitness instead it is cheaper and a much better facility that is open 24 hours. Oh and make sure you read the fine print unless you want to go thru what I did. Don't say that you wasn't warned. I wouldn't even recommend this place to a to my worst enemy, which I don't have any, but even if I did. I would tell them to stay clear. I don't know how people can live themselves knowing that what they are doing is out right just wrong! I wish I could have gave this company a "zero" rating. They need to be reported to the BBB, which is my next place I will be writing.

It was a gi class, though a few students were still waiting on their gis, which was totally understandable given the timing. The environment was very beginner-friendly, but even as a black belt I found a lot of value in the instruction. The instructor clearly knows his stuff and does an excellent job teaching fundamentals with meaningful details. His style has a noticeable catch-wrestling influence, which gave the techniques a unique and practical feel that I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students--he kept a watchful eye on everyone, emphasized safety, and offered solid tips throughout class. What really stood out to me was the vibe of the gym. It has an old-school feel, almost like a classic boxing gym. Not one of those high-end, ultra-modern white gyms--but honestly, that's exactly what I like. It felt cozy, laid back, and authentic, like a place where real practitioners want to train. The mats were clean and in good condition, which obviously matters. Everyone there was welcoming and warm, and the class structure was solid: traditional warmups, focused drilling, and quality instruction. I can easily see this school growing as more people discover it. If you're looking for a laid-back, old-school jiu-jitsu environment with thoughtful instruction, this place is definitely worth checking out.

I started off with an unlimited membership at first but decreased to a 4 classes a month membership after realizing my travel obligations (no Orangetheory studios close to the areas I was traveling to for work!). Management has always been helpful and understanding. Coaches are high energy and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Oh, and did I mention I've lost 15 pounds since I first started working out here? It works.

Upon arrival, I was greeted and had to complete minor paperwork because it was my first time at this Orangetheory fitness center. After I completed the paperwork, I chilled out for a bit. The facility was so clean, just as my home Orangetheory is. More people arrived for the class. Finally, the class started. And Landon, who is an instructor greeted us all and recognized the newbie to Orangetheory. We all entered in and hit our stations. I am a creature of habit butI felt awkward only because the people were all new to me. So I will never take stars away for that. The workout was great, and Landon encouraged us to push ourselves. It was a good workout. As my home gym does, he takes the time to make sure you are lifting weights the right way if he sees you are struggling. I have to say, Orangetheory is an excellent workout. If you are looking for a good workout. This is the place! Some people get scared because they think that it is too intense for them. But you can set your own pace. It's a good workout, it is different everytime, and you can choose your pace. And you will get a lot of coaching to help motivate you to push harder. Keep burning!
