The new location affords SO MUCH MORE, including loads of space, an indoor track and specialized equipment areas. Plus, it's a chic, repurposed industrial space...cool vibes all-around. Gym time is the bright spot in my day because Wayne and Lindsay, the owners, take such pride in what they do every single day. I've been to lots of other gyms in my life but none that feel like home from the moment I arrive...it's motivating to be around people who enjoy their workouts, whatever that entails, and a staff who ensures a great experience each and every visit. There are minimal machines as expected, but all the necessities and all my favorites. There are plenty of mirrors (which is a must for me), a backroom studio, showers, lockers, and tanning beds. They even have yoga classes twice a week. The entire gym is very clean and the staff is both friendly and attentive. Even though there was only one staff working, she kept herself busy re-racking weights, wiping down equipment, manning the front desk when someone came in, etc. I am impressed and happy to make this my new gym!

Makes lovely room for Ashtanga yoga! Tip: listen to her and don't be offended if she suggests Beginner instead of Advanced, as the Beginner class will "scale up" to harder poses, but you should know Ashtanga (for your own safety) before trying Advanced. Plus, Advanced is a real workout, too! Definitely make the time to show up when classes are scheduled, though I bet SNAP and regulars would work with you on scheduling if you really needed different times. (Yes, they're that accommodating!)

She amazed me with her knowledge of the human anatomy and how everything works together. I always feel safe when attending our sessions and the other group classes. My body has not felt this good since my early 20's (40 now)! Chad has designed a great tennis workout for myself and friends using the TRX, Rip Stick and other tools. He has a keen eye for developing exercises that increase your mobility and strength that is needed in specific sports. Everything was great until all three toilets in the women's restroom broke. Now they've been broken…read morefor two weeks and the solution was to put porta potties on the sidewalk. This happens to be a major safety concern, especially for those who occupy the facility during the dark hours. There is one functioning unisex toilet with a shower. They refuse to put a woman only sign on that bathroom temporarily. So now there is a long line of women waiting to use the only working toilet that's an option for them because a man is in there taking a shower, despite the fact that they have a fully functioning men's room with and urinals. Women are obviously frustrated and appalled. Men have offered to switch restrooms, and have expressed their concern and disgust at what is going on. There seems to be no urgency at all. There's not even a decent attempt at a solution. By the way, the portapotties are consistently occupied by people that have nothing to do with the gym. I'm sure all the dog walkers are they can take a pitstop.

The weights and cardio equipment over looks the pool. Lots of windows and natural light. The equipment was all in working condition and it was never crowded during my visit.
