Some of the finer points: --7 different clubs. --pools at most locations: lap, regular swim, whirl pools- even outdoor pools at some locations. --locks with lockers and towels are complimentary --the showers (especially at north shore) are sooo nice. complimentary toiletries (deodorant, hair spray, shaving cream, etc) are provided. --tons and tons of free classes at all the locations --nice, professional employees --did I mention the free coffee?? They have clothes and snacks for purchase at the front, offer massage, personal training, etc etc. Lots of equipment, lots of room. I highly recommend. if you have trouble finding the motivation to work out, a membership here will definitely make you want to exercise!

They are perfectly structured all-over body workouts, appropriately challenging, and Ben is always happy to modify the exercise or intensity based on client requests or needs. I have been amazed by my transformation, greatly due to Ben's in-class motivation, but also his diet and exercise suggestions have motivated my at-home regimen to continue to improve. I would definitely recommend FT to anyone interested in sustainable and motivational personal training.

Workers are very nice, it's very clean. Now that it's free for for kids in summer, sucks. They stand in groups and sometimes take up an entire section.
