I should've really took my time to look around before I paid because I did not get what I was wanting. Within 2 sessions I knew that the gym and trainer was not for me and let the trainer know I wasn't going to continue with her. When I asked for a refund she then let me know that she didn't give refunds. This was a $110 waste of money and what's worse is that I specifically asked if there was a squat rack. Her gym does not have a proper squat rack yet I can't get my money back! I will continue to let people know about this place because in a small town word of mouth is everything.

I can't speak to the daytime crowds, but after 8pm there's often less than 10 people working out. A good variety of free weight and machine stations, treadmills, row machines, and bikes. Members get free Wi-Fi and the gym is made up of normal folks. I've been to plenty of gyms with guys grunting and screaming and dumping weights. This is a laid back and friendly spot. If you need around the clock access and no hassle at a great price in your gym, look no further.

In the 6 months that I went here about half the lights were out and none of them were fixed and I remember one time I was working out and the lat pulldown machine had been broken for about 2 weeks, gym owner comes in with a friend and I overhear the friend ask if he had ordered the new part for the pulldown machine and owner says no but I probably should soon. It's hard to justify paying into a gym where repairs take upwards of a month or 2 like I've seen in the past but the bright side is, not everything is broken. If you casually work out for health purposes this is a great gym but if you take your lifting career seriously, you may want to look into other options
