Vanessa and Reider were so welcoming and walked me through everything. It is an all women's gym and people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It truly is a supportive place. Your first few visits they will help you with setting up a program to help you achieve your goals. And people are always available to help! Everyone is a personal trainer and Vanessa even is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The customers working out there are friendly too - I feel like I am greeted with smiles when i walk in. Our way back in and they are both harassing us about our age and what grade we are in very aggressively. I kept walking to avoid conflict and one of the instructors yelled to the top of her lungs, Hey she's speaking to you! I then asked if there was In issue and she continued to Harass me about what grad and age I was. I walked away of course because I'm 27 and pay to use the facilities. I'm also clearly bi-racial, I have two tattoos and my swimsuit was more than appropriate. I have no idea why we were attacked, it was more than inappropriate for two employees of this facility to do this. I'll most likely never return

The upkeep of the machines leave very much to be desired. Out of 5 stationary bikes 2 don't have…read morebroken straps on the pedals. No problem if the user is small/has smaller feet. I write this review simply based on comparing it to the Stow / Cuyahoga Falls store which I am coming from as I have relocated to North Canton. Simply, stated - this PF store is horrible. The location is old and worn out in the surrounding area and of course the building the PF is in. This PF store is dark, cramped and has limited or miissing equipment on many of the machines that I have used in the past. This store is about 20% small than the Stow store. Big down grade. I will need to look into some althernatives. This store sucks.
