You must train, practice, review, work hard and demonstrate proficiency in your techniques in order to test for your next belt. Every test requires that you demonstrate proficiency in all prior techniques including the techniques for the belt you are testing for. A Black Belt from this school is someone who understands that it is training and practice that makes a Black Belt. Our Black Belts are confident in their ability to protect and defend themselves and others.
