I told him I called and was told there were some in store options and he reminded me of the fact that we had a covid crisis. I did manage to tell him what type of bike I was interested in and he started talking about bikes to order. I said,"so you don't have any in store?" He pointed at two bikes and said we only have these two. I asked what was wrong with these two and he said nothing was wrong. I felt like I was ready for him to actually show me the two bikes but he didn't seem interested in helping me. He then recommended I check out the bike stores in the cities.....

Ann replied back almost immediately and then asked if she could call me so we could discuss what I was looking for. She ordered in every model of the bike and then held onto the one we wanted so we could drive up from Omaha to test drive them. Ended up buying two bikes and a new rack. When we had an issue with the rack, Ann called Saris and had a new part sent to our house. My only regret? That they aren't closer so we could do all of our business with them. Solid business!!
