However, access to this sports complex is included as an amenity, and with free, frequent shuttle service from the hotel, it was easy and convenient to give it a try. This is a full-service facility. They have tennis courts (with pickleball courts coming soon), a complete exercise and weight room, a lap pool, multiple hot tubs, and a sauna. They even have a hole cut into Woodlake for cold plunging, which was impressive. All of the exercise equipment was high quality and in good working order. We were familiar with most of it, but it would have been nice to have an attendant present in the workout area for questions or guidance, especially for anyone less experienced with gym equipment. The locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms were all clean, modern, and well maintained. Everything felt spacious and thoughtfully laid out. We were glad we took the time to check it out. While it is not located directly at the American Club, the shuttle service makes it easy to access, and the quality of the facility more than makes up for the short ride.

Great spot but light on towels and lockers are small (more so that they're ok top of each other…read morethan small). But, otherwise, this is a great facility. Plenty of tennis and pickleball courts and multiple pools - so , if you are a lap swimmer, you don't have to share with the kids. Friendly staff and while the locker room amenities are sparse and the lockers are on top of each other (as previously mentioned), the locker room itself is large and the pool deck and other areas have plenty of room. There is also a sauna and steam area. Family locker rooms exist also outside of the regular ones (but they're one person use and always seem wet...). Water is around if you're thirsty and everything is very clean. Worth a visit if you're local or staying nearby.

Everything about Dr. Heinen's practice is absolutely first class. I know this as I worked with a…read moreChiropractor in Wa. state for the last 18 years of my 30 year career in the medical field in multiple capacities. I have seen the inner workings of many Chiropractic practices over those 18 years so my initial remark is a bit more than an educated guess. I'am starting my 3rd month of treatment for moderate to severe low back pain, degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease and osteoarthritis. The initial x-ray's taken revealed this as well as my right hip being higher than the left. I could actually see this in the mirror. I had virtually no disc space at the L5-S1 junction as well. My treatment plan consisted of chiropractic adjustments, cold laser therapy, electrical stimulation and intersegmental traction. Subjectively I currently have virtually no pain. My second set of x-ray's showed a comparitively marked improvement in the elevation of my right hip. They are about 75% level now. There is also a visible improvement in the aforementioned narrowed disc space as well which I thought was hopeless. You simply cannot argue with x-ray findings. Personally Dr. Heinen is a fantastic D.C.. I found him to be thorough, knowledgeable, professional and generous. He is genuinely concerned with your health and his role in improving it. He loves his work and that is apparent. At the same time he has a sense of humor, is very personable, kinda laid back and is a pleasure to interact with. All other treatment modalities and front office duties were performed by Dr. Heinen's staff of absolutely lovely and talented ladies. Like their employer they are always kind, friendly and professional with personality! They are awesome!! You will love them. This office is run with precision, professionalism, and warm friendly personalities and it has been a true pleasure to experience. Jonathan
