This is not a gym w/ all the bells and whistles (sauna, CrossFit stuff, etc), but it also comes w/o all the expense! This franchise is relatively new to Springfield and another location is currently being built in town. There is tons of cardio equipment - treadmills, steppers, and elliptical and decent amount of weights. There is also a "circuit" type area set up off to the side. The massage bed and tanning (if you tan) are added perks. If I lived in Springfield, I would likely join.

I've attended half a dozen or so morning classes that are usually some sort of circuit training. Each class is led by a friendly trainer and the class size has never been more than 12. Every station can be scaled to your ability. It's a good general workout when I'm on the road. The gym is very clean and all the equipment is in good shape. There are showers, but I haven't used them. The most attractive feature about AYB to me is the location. It's about a two minute walk from where I stay and work when in Springfield.

Cryotherapy, warming bed (I don't know the technical term), relaxation area, red light therapy, brain tapping, body sculpting... all the very latest equipment.
