I visited early on Monday morning for the second time. The place was filthy with bits of paper on the floor and footprints from street shoes. The shower rooms had toilet paper all over the floor. The sinks had not been wiped down for a long time. No place to put your soap in the shower? There aren't many stations with cleaning solution, and there is no culture of cleanliness for wiping down the machines. Most people don't do it. One woman was working out at the weight machines in her socks. The staff has to train its clients how to behave. On my first visit, there were staff members in the offices, but they didn't seem to venture out to see what people were doing. Cleanliness is important during cold, flu, Covid, measles,....... season. Finally, there were many small groups working out with 4-5 members. With talking and scrolling, machines were tied up for 30 minutes at a time. They need an etiquette sheet. read more

Was coming to the dells for a family vacation and needed a place to lift. Spoke with the manager prior to going and set up a couple day passes. She was very helpful and had my key fob ready to go when I got there. Smaller location but they make great use of the space. I'm a CrossFitter so I was really appreciative of the large functional training area and plenty of weights to go around. Bathrooms and showers were very clean and you can tell that this club is regularly attended to and taken care of. Will definitely be back. read more

Great Gym to workout in, the staff is amazing and the club is always clean. This gym has all the equipment you need.

It was a very clean and updated gym. The deadlift stations and machine selection were two highlights. Dumbbells could use some refreshing but still had 5-110 lbs. read more

Terrible the way they handled the pandemic and they kept charging us saying we'd get a month at the end of our contract. They made a deal with me because I drive a semi then act like they didn't because their employee complained when she wanted to leave early. I had a fun time when I first started going here. Everyone I liked left and they got a girl with a bad attitude to replace one of the people I liked. I wish a planet fitness would open around here. Over priced which I've always thought. So once loved now probably will never go back 5 stars to 1 star good job. read more

I travel a lot for work and have multiple memberships in various states and was really disappointed in the lack of options in the Dells area. With that said this gym is perfect and has everything for any type of workout..crossfit...weights...cardio..classes..etc. The trick is you have to try and catch someone working and they have VERY limited hours for staffing. If you have a membership tho you're fine. read more

I really liked the friendliness of the staff and trainers that worked here in the past, but since the manager changes in the last couple of months, this place has really gone downhill. They are not keeping up with keeping the facility clean and the manager seems to be either looking at her computer screen or on the phone all the time. Really hope things improve or I will look at going elsewhere. read more

Purchased a $10 day pass to get a workout in while on vacation at the Dells. Nice clean facility with all the right gear for a well rounded workout including free weights (dumbbells and barbells) and treadmills, etc. read more
