When unloading at my new house, I was very particular about which boxes I wanted on which shelves and they accommodated even when I missed some and had to ask them to move them after the fact. They also moved furniture I needed moved to make room for the boxes. Furthermore, they kindly put up with my unsolicited, middle-aged, mom-like advice about not collecting too much junk and having backup plans for when their back give out someday.
