had 13 windows replaced,within one year the all started to get mold where they open and close, a…read morebig picture window cracked twice they replaced it once I had an check it and he said the glass was too heavy for the frame,and also said that the mold was due to the seal where the window opens and closes,it looks like a brush but it will retain water, I have been trying over the last three years to get these people from Tri-Cities Spokane to honor their warranty. They came to my house and gave me a lot of crap that my roof needed at least 20 vents in it to stop the mold, my picture window is hanging out. It should've been replaced and put in properly now I have to replace that myself. These people make out they will help you, but they won't. They will just give you a load of old crap . My daughter had hers replaced. They told lies on the Internet and said they had been fixed and they have not not one of them will lock these people lie through their teeth. I have pictures recordings of these people in my home and on the phone I have more people that have had the same problems we can now go to LNI industries with our complaints, which will be very shortly within the next two weeks we have evidence from independent engineers, so hoping they are going to get what they're asking for and reimbursement to the people who have bad windows,was also told that they will be in for a big fine, I have lots of pictures of the the the with no flashing, which is a must when you're fitting I have pictures of the the leak indoors, and pictures don't I hope this review helps people and if you need help because you've been so crappy windows, please get in touch with me.
