Is little things like that that distinguish a company that values its customers in the big things and the little things that matter. They have come out and done some work for me before when I accidentally hit my neighbors water line with my lawn mower they came out and fix it right away at a reasonable price. They charged a horrible amount to tear up my house leave me to clean it and try to figure out how to pay for the repairs to all the walls they tore up. paid extra for another home inspector to come out and now my bill is over $40,000.00 just to get my home back to the way it was. on top of all of that I will have to hire someone to fix my foundation and put the dirt they dug out back, fix my foundation and walls. I called them & they got a tech out the same day. The tech "fixed" the issue. i thought this was great, until....during the cold front that TX recieved, my heat once again was not working. Not ideal, but I understand they are probably busier than usual during this cold front. alas, I patiently wait until morning so someone could fix my heat. Here is where my disappointment lies, a tech never showed up during my scheduled appointment time. I called Will Fix It almost an hour after my scheduled time to ask for an update. I was told by the phone rep they would contact dispatch & dispatch would get me an update. another 2 hours go by and still nothing. I call again & ask what is going on? There has been no communication whatsoever. No hey we will be late. No hey, we aren't going to make it and need to reschedule. Nothing. Its now almost 8pm and I've spent the entire coldest weekend of this year inside an extremely cold house. While this is a huge inconvenience for me, I will survive this weekend. I am highly disappointed in the company's lack of communication. Not to mention that my new equipment is only a month old & I should NOT be experiencing issues with it. In the Texas heat, this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. When they finally came out on Monday, we were quoted $1,300 for a repair that involved cutting part of a pipe. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion. Another company fixed the issue without cutting anything and charged us only $800. Based on our experience, it seemed like the technicians either misdiagnosed the problem or were recommending unnecessary work. We will not be using this company again. So disappointed!
