Does not list any fees involved with services or on site inspections for quotes. When I asked to speak to the manager, the woman's answering said she was the manager and felt uncomfortable. Discussing estimates over the phone and would need a technician to visit my home first. Pay , the trip charge?Because only the technician's new, what the services cost. Clearly a very poor customer service interaction.

They were a little busy and had another job that they had to be on but they went on ahead and took care of it for me anyways, I appreciated that very much. Is little things like that that distinguish a company that values its customers in the big things and the little things that matter. They have come out and done some work for me before when I accidentally hit my neighbors water line with my lawn mower they came out and fix it right away at a reasonable price. Troy seems to be a real stand-up guy who places high priority on making things right, I appreciate that that is a quality that a lot of people don't have nowadays. Also help me find the issue after I turned the brakers back on half the house went dark turns out its 2 bad one phase brakers ill replace thanks to his fast diagnoses. A year later I decided I would try to replace my sink, faucet, and drain by myself but couldn't quite get it right as the p-trap needed to be reconfigured for the new drain. We called Elmer for a quote to replace our sink water valves and to hook up my new drain. They quoted almost $700. We called Quarter Moon and they were honest about the valves not needing to be replaced and fixed everything else for a fraction of the price. I will always go back to Quarter Moon. They go above and beyond, are honest, and are quite speedy.
