We tried to dig to find the existing line but couldn't find it. I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job. Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service. The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.

Kunz was recommended and now seems to have a truck parked in my driveway waiting for something else to go wrong. The two man crew showed up quickly each time and did very good, speedy repairs. None of the three repairs cost over $100.00. Plumbing can be a very messy affair but the Kunz plumbers all seemed to make an effort to keep the mess to a minimum and clean up any mess that was made. I hope I do not have to update this review any time soon. While I like the Kunz plumbers, I have seen enough of them this year.

They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.

This is an unusual trait in service technicians who usually display a "I know more than you" attitude. We found this approach refreshing and very appealing.
