In the short time I was behind them, I also watched the driver cut off several other vehicles. Your employees represent your business even when they're behind the wheel. Driving a company vehicle reflects directly on your company, and this kind of dangerous behavior leaves a terrible first impression. I don't care how good your service may be--if your employees are willing to put other drivers at risk, that's not a company I want to support. Do better.
