I had to clean my front windshield when I got home due to the clouded smears on the inside. I was raised with "leave it better than you found it" motto. This business could greatly improve if they applied this motto to company standards. I waited while they were tinting, which I was told it would be 2-3 hours. My appointment was at 9:00 and I didn't leave until 1:00. Also, the building was was freezing. I believe their thermostat was set at 66. So bundle up, bring a blanket if you plan on waiting on a cold day.

One other place that I looked at charges $185 for what I paid &175, but instead of running your vehicle while they work on it, they used a portable A/C cool air system then blows cool air into the vehicle and not uses your gas to keep them cool and comfortable. The feel I got was you came here so we don't have to be nice to you. My advice to the staff, if a vehicle comes in and you have to jump it, out the charger on and leave it for minimum of 15-30 minutes with everything turned OFF. Don't keep trying to start it that will just kill the battery and burn up the starter. To the public, when leaving your vehicle here. Write down how much gas you have and the current milage.

He took the time and effort to protect and cover all inner door trim pieces to prevent damage for cleaning and tint application solutions. Upon finishing he wasn't satisfied with a small blemish on one window so he removed it and re-tinted to ensure perfection. He has multiple levels of ceramic tint on hand and will take the time to explain the pros and cons of each. I lost a lot of time and money working with the establishment to try and get my system right. I ended up rewiring my system so I could get rid of the horrible electrical sound from them wiring power and electrical together and a poor ground. My hands free phone did not work due to it being plugged into the wrong recepticle. The speaker box I bought from them did not have chambers as it was for dual 12" subs and no connectors installed in the box for wiring. Just be careful if you decide to do business Island car audio.
