Had it a week and 2 days to redo job. Picked it up today and he never did anything to it. He scratched the side of the boat and claims it was there. I have have the boat for 12 years and know every scratch on it. I have text where he said he would compound it and yet he didn't. When I took it back, this was the results. They were able to install my new windshield the very next day at the best price. Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home.
