When we arrived we met Alex L. and from the moment we walked in he was kind, extremely professional and very thorough about how the whole process worked. He helped us pick out the tint that would work best for our 18 year old son. We went with the ceramic tint and we felt the price was very good for the work we were getting done. To be honest, we felt terrible even asking them to take on this job bc the tint was so bad, but they reassured us they could take it on. During the time the Mustang was there, Alex stayed in contact with us, updating us where they were in the process. We appreciated this so much bc it helped us plan out the next couple of days. He took the time and effort to protect and cover all inner door trim pieces to prevent damage for cleaning and tint application solutions. Upon finishing he wasn't satisfied with a small blemish on one window so he removed it and re-tinted to ensure perfection. He has multiple levels of ceramic tint on hand and will take the time to explain the pros and cons of each. I normally don't do reviews but it's been a long time since I had a business treat my cars like they were theirs, maybe even better then I would.
