Initially when I spoke with Jay he seemed polite over the phone and requested I send over my evidence regarding a potential case I had for review After the attorney reviewed my docs and determined I did not have a case, I was simply sent an email with no detail I decided to contact Jay over the phone for more detail as to why it was denied which would then help me make a decision on my next course of action but he told me the attorney would not provide that information while being very rude, abrupt and eager to get off the phone with me I decided to contact some other law firms and had several more consultations and although my matter didn't warrant an actual case, they all seemed at least appreciative for considering their law firm and explained why I didn't have case and even pointed me to the right direction as I then decided to pursue my claim through small claims court My experience with Anzalone was very different from the other law firms as they were very pretentious and only had time to talk for their own benefit Hopefully I won't need any legal services in the future but if so I wouldn't contact this office or even recommend them as there are plenty of other law firms with a little more care and professionalism read more

My car accident wasn't severe, so I knew there wouldn't be a large settlement. Other attorneys declined my case because the profit margin wasn't great enough. Alana was willing to represent me regardless of her profit, because she believes in doing the right thing. State Farm was going to only pay a portion of my bills, claiming that I was being over charged, which is unfair because I never would have had to go to the hospital if it wasn't for their client. They were going to make me negotiate with the hospital to lower my charges.
