Too bad, they're going to take their time with getting it fixed and really putting out the tenants. The emails you do get back are vague, and the tone is kind of rude. They hired a terrible snow removal company who barely comes to shovel, and when they do it's a poor job, and they throw salt at your door instead of sprinkling it on the stoop and steps. They just do not seem to care, and I hope I never rent one of their owned buildings again.

The situation is that my monthly rent amount prior to the increase was $1,191. On the effective month of the increas, CLV Group Inc. started deducting $1,1246.41 which is obviously more than 2.5%. On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. CLV Group Inc. closed their in-person office 485 Bank St. Perhaps because they don't want to deal with face to face complaints.
