If you have too many clients and are too busy, at the very least respond and tell us, it takes less than a minute. It was always a seamless process, done entirely by secure web upload and Zoom (I've never even been to their office in person!). The process was so smooth that I continued to use them even after moving out of California, and only stopped using Cynthia's services because I need a local tax expert who can deal with the local tax insanity in my new town in a different state. A lot of times we had issues with either the IRS or the state of California contesting our returns for one reason or another. Cynthia always advised us how to respond and held our hand during the process, and when possible she even called the IRS herself to have our refunds released. Pricing is very fair considering you get your taxes done by an actual IRS Enrolled Agent (not some made-up "Tax Advisor" who has no training or expertise in tax law, which is what you get at the big national chains).
