WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They have so many fees and DO NOT Inform you of anything. We came to get a title transfer and the process took about an hour. Daisy was helping us and the total came out to be for $215 when we asked her to clarify the charges she said "taxes" . We later came to find out they have a $200 fee they didn't inform of us. When we tried to get our money they weren't apologetic at all. And they have you read forms on a iPad but DAISY never lets you read it and bypasses it. I am livid and if not for this company's failure to disclose all of the fees they charge to complete your policy, I would have given then a better review. I had to repeatedly ask Zunaida what is the breakdown. After I had question her several times about the remaining $211.??, she stated that the remaining would be sent to the insurance company. Again I ask breakdown, she then proceeded to tell me the breakdown of $399 "down payment" ($100 agency fee, $25 application fee, and $50 lien fee to the DMV) and the remaining to the policy itself to obtain auto insurance. When I checked the policy, I saw that only $188.79 was applied to the policy. Also, when I subtracted the total premium and the balance, it was only $167.03 (so what happened to the rest of the money). Initially, this lady never disclosed the $100 agency fee but only stated that this $399 was the down payment. This was totally unprofessional and I will be reporting them to CFPB(Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). read more

This company is a FRAUD! I don't know why they are still in business. They did my taxes and without my consent took $600 from my refund. Let me tell you how they work ... they go over your refund- they write down on a sticky note what you're getting back (not the amount on the form) once you agree to that amount they make you sign on a signing device pad (you can't see what you're signing) but basically you're signing for them to have rights for your refund to be transferred to their bank account and you are agreeing to that amount and their cut.. once the IRS sends the refund it goes to their account (this is fraud per IRS and Red flag) from there they transfer the amount you agreed on from the sticky note to your personal account. They take your personal banking account but enter theirs first in the system so the refund is sent to them. If you ask for a check they have the check sent to them and they deposit it and then they write you a personal check. People please make him show you the amount you are receiving on actual forms, check to see what you're signing. Do not sign your life away for these scammers. They want to claim they charge what they are worth? Sorry but you guys are not worth anything. If you are really for your people as you claim then you wouldn't tell lies to take a big cut .. $600 is not a fair amount to charge for taxes services. FOH. read more

This is false advertisement. I am sure all these reviews are bought. Be careful guys. The "recommend and get $50" is a scam. I went to get an estimate and they said I would only get $500 back and that I couldn't put any expenses in. I went elsewhere and they said I would be receiving TRIPLE the amount because they ACTUALLY put in my expenses! My mom recommended my sister to them and they told them they were going to give her $50 once she picks up the check and when she went they were acting all confused like they had no clue what she talking about and told her to come back tomorrow they are such liars! Biggest mistake of my life!!!! I went to Mohammed for my 2013 taxes and was royally screwed! Please do not be blinded and avoid this place! Mohammed took a $400 dollar cut from my refund as payment for doing my taxes and added whatever the hell he wanted so I would get a larger refund. He added an education credit even after I told him I had graduated. The IRS came after $2,231.00 from that education credit because there were no records that I was in school. I called Mohammed freaked out and asked him to fix the issue. He gave me the run around and I had to hunt him down to get a return call back. He asked that I provide proof that I was still paying off my school loans. I told him that I did not have a loan and was out of school. He then had the audacity to blame me telling me " why didn't you tell me you were not in school?" . I ending up owing the IRS and had to pay interest fees because Mohammed would not get back to me with a definitive answer. This place deserves no stars but YELP made me do it. read more
