I found Linnette on QuickBooks pro advisor website and called her on a Friday (5pm) to see if she could fit me in. She was quick in setting up a meeting and I managed to get an apo straight away. I own a small start up and never hired a bookkeeper so my QuickBooks (I tried to manage myself) was in desperate need of cleaning up. Linnette was very patient, knowledgable and easy to work with. I am very pleased I found her. She understood every word I was saying and never questioned twice on a point I was trying to make. That shows true intelligence. Piror meeting her, she had me uploading everything online and completed a survey. Then, we met in person for a short Q&A. The next appointment we reviewed everything and completed the process. Linnette was patient, responsive and knowledgable. She advised additional deductible items which we oversaw.
